-- No problem. We believe in the "Sam Walton guarantee" - Satisfaction guaranteed, no questions asked. Unless it is a question of quality or a wrong order, there is a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable in such cases. If it is a problem with the merchandise or a mistake in the order, however, there is no surcharge and shipping is refunded.
-- Obviously, we have cut our prices down pretty close to the bone, but there's always room to wheel 'n deal for large quantities. Call us and we'll work out a deal with you.

-- Yes. Our billing accounts are handled through our Factor in Dallas, TX. They require the usual credit references and then assume the account. You pay them in 30 days. Contact us for a credit application. It takes about a couple of weeks or so for approval.
